MPRI is comprised of five operational groups and a joint venture groups.

National Group provides expertise and support to the U.S. Department of Defense, state and local critical incident managers, the armed forces, a wide range of non-Department of Defense government agencies, and the corporate sector.

International Group provides a range of comprehensive services to U.S. forces overseas and to foreign governments on behalf of the U.S. government or under license by the U.S. Department of State.

Alexandria Group provides the highest quality education, training, and organizational expertise to law enforcement agencies and corporations worldwide.

Simulations Group is a global leader in the supply of driver simulators and maritime simulation products and services as well as critical incident management and emergency response solutions. Our products have been in use throughout the world for more than 30 years.

Training Technology Group provides the patented BEAMHIT Laser Marksmanship Training System (LMTS) to military, law enforcement, and commercial organizations worldwide. In addition, it provides cutting-edge technology products that support a wide range of customer needs.

Joint Ventures Group provides managing partner oversight of Civilian Police International (CPI) and Forfeiture Support Associates (FSA) in the execution of Department of State, Department of Justice, and related government agency contracts.
