Individual Information Form Instructions

PRINT AND READ THIS -- IT WILL HELP YOU!

MPRI maintains a database of select former military (or military related), DOD civilians, Homeland Security and law enforcement professionals who would like to be considered for MPRI requirements. Personnel in the database are referred to as Contract Professionals and enjoy a relationship of mutual opportunity without obligation. Contract professionals are not assured consideration nor do they have any obligation to accept opportunities that may be offered. MPRI's noteworthy reputation is due in large part to the exceptional quality people it has attracted.

Acceptance into MPRI's database is not automatic. To be considered, please complete an Individual Information Form. To complete an Individual Information Form you will need an email address. If you don't have one presently, request a no-cost one from a provider such as yahoo.com or hotmail.com before proceeding.

The IIF provides us the information we need to match skills and experience with our customers' requirements.  Please complete as much of the IIF as possible and applicable. The more we know about your skill sets, the better opportunity to match with current or future requirements.  We do not manually transfer resume or service summary document information into your database file.

You will be asked to provide or select from pre-established lists:  General contact information; professional references, availability information, job preferences, general areas of proficiency, concentration and special qualifications, security clearance, foreign language skills, last 5 positions (military, law enforcement and civilian), completed education or professional development courses (military, law enforcement, civilian and US Government).

The IIF form will ask you to annotate your interest in any of the current requirements listed on job page.  There is no requirement to list any of the current job opportunities. However,  If you choose to list job postings, list only those for which you meet the position criteria.

Respondents will receive a system generated email once their IIFs have been received, reviewed and processed for the first time.  Do not attempt to update an initial submission until after you receive an email confirmation (normally within 72 hours of your submission) indicating we have accepted your data into our files.

Updates to existing IIFs process automatically when submitting the data back to MPRI and will not receive email notification the update has processed

Updates:

Our database is only as good as our ability to contact people. After your initial submission, use the IIF form to update any changes to your database. It is especially critical that you update changes in address or contact information. Those who travel or expect to relocate should provide a Permanent Address and Permanent Contact phone number.  To update, enter your email address on file with us and then enter the password only once, not twice as specified for new users.

If your email address has not changed but you forgot your password, click on "Click here if you previously completed and IIF and need a new password.  If your email address has changed, logon using the email address and password on file with us and change your email address at the appropriate form.

Helpful Hints:

We recommend you navigate through the pages using the "NEXT" button at the bottom of the page to ensure you navigate through all the requirements. Continue answering the questions and entering the data as appropriate until you reach the "Confirm and Finish" page. At the bottom of this page is a button to submit your information to MPRI HR. You must press this button, or we will not receive confirmation of your submission or update.

Do not "Cut and Paste" from other documents into the database.  Your cutting and pasting operation may contain special characters (invisible to you) and generate errors precluding you from moving forward in the forms.

Use the Comments block. Summarize your key capabilities - be specific but concise. It will only accept 10 lines of information confined to the space provided.  Keywords are helpful. Don't use the Comments block for information already entered in other areas of the form.  Do not attempt to cut and paste comments or resumes into this field.

Save the Summary. Print the Summary section and save it in your files. This Summary will assist you when you later update your record. Follow-on documents.
